Woodbridge Toilet Reviews: 5 Best Models in 2024

The Woodbridge company is a young market player that has been around since 2005. The brand’s products are gaining more and more popularity amongst American households due to its highly efficient high-end toilet models and a minimal porcelain warranty of five years.

Woodbridge toilet company offers both mid-price and luxurious toilets with durable single and dual flush mechanisms.

In this article, I want to share my Woodbridge toilet reviews, in which I describe the company’s best models so far. In the second part of the article, you will also find a detailed buyer’s guide and answers to questions that my customers ask most frequently.

Top 5 Woodbridge Toilet Reviews: Most Reliable Models

  1. WOODBRIDGE T-0001 – Top Pick
  2. WOODBRIDGE T-0018/B-0735 – Premium Choice
  3. WOODBRIDGE B-0960S Smart Bidet – Runner Up
  4. Woodbridge T-0008 Luxury Bidet Toilet
  5. WOODBRIDGE T-0019 Cotton White

In this part, I describe every toilet model in detail to let you avoid shop assistants and any mistakes that you can make if you shop online. I covered such important points as design and material, shape and dimensions, installation difficulty, flush quality, pricing, and non-standard features.

1. WOODBRIDGE T-0001 – The Best Woodbridge Dual Flush Toilet

No products found.

  • Dimensions: 30 x 16.5 x 28 inches
  • Toilet style: ‎Luxurious modern Design
  • Water consumption: 1.6 Gallons per Flush
  • Bowl shape: Elongated , Comfortable Height, Easy to clean shape
  • Material: Ceramic
  • Certification: US & Canada UPC & CSA certified products. High-efficiency, WaterSense
  • Warranty: 5 year limited warranty on porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze; 1 Year on flushing mechanism & soft closing toilet seat

I decided to start with a Woodbridge T-0001 review as it’s my favorite product for several reasons. First of all, it has a sleek design that makes it look premium. Secondly, its dimensions are small enough for medium rooms. Thirdly, it’s very easy to maintain. And, finally, it’s one of the quietest and most cost-effective models on the lower end of the Woodbridge’s product line.

The brand offers all its firm technologies placed within a solid one-piece body with a small water tank. The dual-flush system lets you choose between 1.0 and 1.6 GPF, which means that an average GPF of this model is just 1.28.

This GPF is compliant with regulations of all states and lets you save up to 16000 gallons of water every year. Given that we flush liquid waste more often, this number can be even bigger by the end of the year. In addition, the thing is very silent.

As for the negative sides, I’d like to mention the toughness of the installation process. In fact, all Woodbridge toilets are difficult to install because of the porcelain curtains. You have to be very precise to place it right on the bolts as the holes are just invisible from the side.

The best solution that I’ve found is to place mirrors from both sides to see those hidden holes. And, fairly, this item is too heavy for an average man to carry, so you’ll need a workmate to place it without breaking the porcelain.

The 5-year warranty guarantees replacement if the porcelain loses its properties too early. In addition, your flush is protected by a separate 1-year warranty that includes full system replacement if it breaks not by your fault.

If you want something extra, you can easily improve your Woodbridge toilet with an attachable electronic seat that features heating. The default seat is quite good too. I like that it closes softly and without hitting the bowl rim.

10Expert Score

Overall, it’s an excellent product with a universal 16.5” bowl height and premium features, including a soft-closing seat and dual-flush system for a relatively low price. Deal with the cumbersome installation process, and you will enjoy it for long years.

Pros: Cons:
  • dual-flush with an average of 1.28 GPF;
  • universal height;
  • soft-closing seat (customizable);
  • relatively low price (middle range).
  • requires 2 strong men to install.

2. WOODBRIDGE T-0018/B-0735 – Most Compact One piece Toilets

No products found.

  • Dimensions: 28.5 x 14.5 x 23 inches
  • Bowl shape: Elongated
  • Material: Porcelain
  • Certification: US & Canada UPC & CSA certified products. High-efficiency, WaterSense Certified toilet
  • Warranty: 1 Year limited to be free of defects in material and workmanship

Woodbridge T-0018 is very similar to T-0001, but it’s much more compact. This model’s water tank height is 6 inches lower, while the bowl height is reduced by 2 inches, so it’s also an excellent product for children and disabled people. Other dimensions, including the rough-in and the bowl length, are standard.

The dual-flush system offers the same power and average water consumption of 1.28 gallons per flush. There are two buttons for liquid and solid waste, respectively so that you can save 16000 gallons per year and even more.

This toilet is made of durable vitreous china and has a skirted tramway. As a result, it’s much easier to clean than the majority of models in the middle price range. The 5-year porcelain warranty ensures that you will receive a new toilet if the material changes color, the glaze wades out or gets stained over time.

This model also consists of a monolith piece, which makes the installation process a bit easier and reduces the breakage rate of the flush significantly. As the siphon is fully hidden under thick porcelain coating, it makes very little noise even if you use the 1.6-gallon button.

Similarly to T-0001, the installation process requires 2 pairs of strong arms and mirrors for precise contact with the floor bolts. The package includes a compatible wrench, a high-quality wax ring, and an installation instruction so that you don’t miss anything.

9.8Expert Score

This toilet is a good choice for families with children, elderly people, and adults of medium height. It’s not big enough for people who are taller than 180cm (71inches) or have a heavier build as the seat height is only 14.5 inches. All other features are as good as T-0001 offers. The price of T-0018 is totally the same.

Pros: Cons:
  • compact but powerful dual-flush;
  • the siphon is rather quiet;

  • never-loosen soft-closing seat.
  • too low for tall people;
  • rather heavy.

3. WOODBRIDGE B-0960S Smart Bidet – High-end Luxurious Toilet

No products found.

  • Dimensions: 32 x 19 x 26 inches
  • Certification: Woodbridge Bidet Toilet is certified to UL1431, CSA C22. Complies with IPC, UPC, NPC. IAPMO-EGS
  • Warranty: 1 Year limited to be free of defects in material and workmanship

B-0960S is the top-tier toilet by the Woodbridge toilet company. I think that engineers drew inspiration from those high-tech Asian toilets that can even talk to you. Fortunately, this model doesn’t have any of those weird features, but a variety of really useful things.

I’d start with the main part of the item. It offers the firm skirted design without rough edges and grooves for simplified cleaning. There’s no water tank that you may expect to see. Instead, this smart device should only be connected to water supply and electricity for effective flushing. As you already noticed, this model has a skirted design, so it takes some effort to be installed properly.

Now let’s take a look at the seat as it performs the vast majority of the functions. The dual-flush system is built right into the seat, and it’s fully automated for hands-free operation. Actually, you don’t have to touch this toilet at all unless you want to give it a full clean-up. As you approach it, the lid opens automatically and then closes when you go away.

The built-in Bidet lets you clean yourself hands-free as well as receive a soft water massage that’s really helpful against various rectum issues. The feminine wash mode is also available by the push of a button on the remote. All the details are displayed on the screen for simpler control and menu navigation.

It also lets you adjust water pressure and temperature and set the dryer power after the clean-up. Finally, if you don’t like the cold touch when you sit down, you can heat it up beforehand.

As soon as you leave, the lid will close automatically, flush waste thoroughly, dry water, and deodorize it with the smart vent. When the toilet is ready for the next use, you will see a blue-light indication on the wall. The main buttons of the remote are also available on the sides of the seat to provide you with full controls if the remote discharges.

The prices for this wonder-toilet fluctuate between $899 and $1099. This is quite expensive, and you will have some maintenance costs for filer replacement. It’s also quite hard to find a competent master if something breaks down. Fortunately, this one is really durable.

I recommend it to everyone who’s not on a budget and wants to boost bathroom hygiene standards.

  • Dimensions: 28.5 x 14.5 x 27.5 inches
  • Bowl shape: Elongated
  • Material: Self-Cleaning Nozzles with Stainless Steel material
  • Certification: Watersense
  • Warranty: ‎1 Year limited to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

T-0008 is a good alternative to B-0960S as it’s significantly cheaper since it has a removable Bidet seat. It offers all the smart features of the top-tier model except for the air purificator, an automated lid, and an automated flush. Instead, it has a standard water tank that provides a silent flushing process without electric energy consumption. The smart Bidet seat is protected with a 2-year warranty, and it’s easy to replace if necessary.

Besides, this model offers more universal dimensions, including a 14.5” seat, and a medium elongated bowl that’s good enough for the majority of users. It’s an excellent toilet for boosted hygiene, and it’s not too expensive for the provided functionary.

Woodbridge T-0001 vs T-0019 contest was rather difficult to resolve as both items have competitive prices and similar sleek skirted designs. T-0019 offers all the benefits of its more popular brother, but its flushing system is even quieter and more cost-efficient.

8.6Expert Score

This model has the highest MaP (Maximum performance) flush score and international EPA and ANSI certifications. Similarly to other models, this one takes effort to be installed, but silence and a hidden tramway are really worth it.

Things to Consider Before Buying Woodbridge Toilet

WOODBRIDGE T-0018B-0735

Read this concise guide to learn about all the important features of toilets by Woodbridge. Although all the models given above are of high quality, you need to match their features with your home restroom characteristics, budget, and taste.

Size and height

Due to ADA regulations, the majority of today’s toilets are between 17 and 19 inches high. It’s really good news if you are planning to equip a public restroom. It’s essential to make it ADA-compliant so that everyone could use it conveniently.

You can also order a 14-inch model for children or disabled people, but 15 and 17-inch models are usually good enough for children too. A 19-inch seat is also recommended for tall people and those who have mobility difficulties.

Besides, you should consider such measurements as depth, width, rough-in, and the overall height. These properties are highly important, especially if you have a small bathroom. I recommend leaving at least 24 inches of space in front of the loo to keep the room convenient for moving and keep it far enough from the door.

Water usage

There’s a national regulation that limits toilet flush water consumption rate to 1.6 gallons per use. In some states, this rate is 1.28 gallons per flush as local authorities want to reduce the global water wasting rate and boost water conservation to help the environment. The initiative is supported by EPA’s WaterSense program.

WOODBRIDGE B-0960SB-0960S

I recommend you follow the regulations in your state not only to help mother nature but also to save some money on your monthly water bills too. It’s also a good solution to purchase toilets with a dual-flush system as it helps to reduce water consumption even better.

Flushing system

While the technologies behind most flushing systems are very similar, independently from the brand, I recommend you choose those flushing systems that are powerful enough to flush all the waste in a single press of a button. Otherwise, you will have to spend more water.

Powerful flush can also be rather loud, so keep that in mind if you don’t like noisy toilets. In my opinion, dual flush systems are the best when it comes to the noise-power ratio. You can choose between low-power and high-power buttons for different waste types and regulate the noise levels and water consumption at the same time.

Bowl shape

If you want the most comfortable bowl type and you’re not limited in space, opt for an elongated bowl shape as it offers more sitting space than round bowls. If you have a small bathroom, a round bowl is the best way to save up some space in front of the toilet.

Budget

Prices for Woodbridge toilets start at roughly $350-$375 for both single and dual-flush models. Besides, all of them are made by the one-piece technology so that you don’t have to overpay for this feature.

One-piece vs two-piece toilet

Woodbridge Bath makes only one-piece toilets. Although they are usually more expensive than two-piece models, they are also much more durable and easier to install. On the other hand, they’re much harder to ship than two-piece toilets that can be disassembled. The brand also offers compact one-piece toilets with smaller water tanks. Despite the smaller size, they are all equipped with dual-flush systems.

FAQ

WOODBRIDGE T-0001

If you have more questions about the brand and technologies, here are brief answers to them. I researched the topics well enough to provide the most valuable information is a short form.

Who makes Woodbridge toilets?

Woodbridge is a high-end toilets brand with proprietary manufacturing and distribution lines that includes semi-automated factories, warehouses, retail stores, and national delivery service. As a result, all the products of the Woodbridge Bath company are sold without middleman markups. It means that you can pay a bit less than the majority of other manufacturers’ requests.

How quiet are Woodbridge toilets?

Loud toilets are rather common, but Woodbridge offers noise levels below average for all their products. If you want significantly less noise, then I recommend you look at Woodbridge T-0001. It’s not the cheapest item in their line, but it’s definitely a good one for quite flush seekers.

Do Woodbridge toilets have a warranty?

All the products in Woodbridge’s toilet catalog come with a 5-year porcelain warranty, 1-year flush warranty, and even lifetime warranty for some items. If you want to request warranty services, you need to provide the following documents:

  • A copy of the original warranty invoice;
  • Toilet model and description;
  • Clear photos of visible defects;
  • Actual installation date.

What’s the difference between dual flush and single flush toilets?

Choosing a dual-flush system, you get an option to select between two different flush types, depending on your needs. The low-power flush is better for liquid waste, while the powerful one is for solid waste. The main benefit of the dual-flush system is significant water saving. Compared to average single-flush models, a dual-flush system lets you spend almost 30% less water for flushing.

A Brand to Consider

Due to high-quality manufacturing and surprisingly efficient mechanisms, Woodbridge toilets really deserve places in baths of demanding users. The lower-end prices are higher than Amazon’s average offers in the category, but the variety of features and long-perspective benefits speak for themselves.

Use my Woodbridge toilets comparison above to simplify your selection and feel free to ask me any questions on the topic in the comments section under the article block.

  1. I’m glad that you haven’t forgotten the T 0001 model from Woodbridge. I have the same toilet at home. I think it is quite stylish. At least, it significantly improved the design of my bathroom. My favorite feature of this toilet is a dual flush, which is a highly powerful thing, and it gets rid of wastes immediately. It still works after 5 years.
